Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
We ship via USPS and UPS for fast, reliable delivery.
If you experience an issue with your delivery, such as a lost or delayed package, or your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact USPS or UPS directly. Provide them with your tracking number for assistance, as only the carrier can locate missing packages.
In the event that an item is damaged during transit, please reach out to us right away at hello@lovemamathyme.com, and we’ll send a replacement. Including a photo of the damaged item helps us resolve the issue faster.
Please double-check your order confirmation to ensure your shipping address is correct. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at hello@lovemamathyme.com. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address.

Refunds & Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, on a case-by-case basis, due to the nature of our products. If you believe you need a return or refund, please email us at hello@lovemamathyme.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
