Fudgy, moist, and packed with lactation-promoting oats and brewer's yeast, these dense and filling gluten-free brownies are just what Mama craves. Our mix uses Equal Exchange® organic chocolate chips, organic Cacao powder, organic coconut sugar, and Real Salt. They are dense; just one goes a long way!
Included Ingredients:
Oat Flour*, Cacao Powder*, Coconut Sugar*, Gluten-Free Sprouted Rolled Oats*, Chocolate Chips (Cane Sugar*, Chocolate Liquor*, Cocoa Butter*), Sea Salt, Brewer’s Yeast | *Organic
You will need:
½ cup melted butter or coconut oil, 3 eggs, ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
Optional: add 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed to dry ingredients for additional lactation benefit
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º F. Combine the wet ingredients and mix. Slowly pour in dry ingredients and mix until batter is fully combined. Pour into a greased 8"x 8" pan and smooth top with spatula. Bake for about 22 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
